Day 6 on the Paleo diet and I'm going to keep this article short and sweet. Nothing out of the ordinary to report today, just another day eating healthy foods and feeling good. Maybe that's a good thing? This eating style has become part of my life now that I do not even notice it? Sounds good to me.

Breakfast: Fried egg, bacon and chicken sausages, with fruit salad Snack 1: Nuts Lunch: Salad with egg, bacon, and chicken sausage Snack 2: Fruit salad Dinner: Baked fish (lemon and garlic) with salad and roast pumpkin
I am very happy with how today went. I had some doubts because normally my Saturday gets busy and I end up eating irregularly. I was concerned that if I was out I would get ravenously hungry and not be able to find any paleo-friendly food to suit me but this simply did not happen. I ate my meals, and withstood the junk food temptations offered at a market with ease. I even managed to get some primal exercise done in the afternoon while at home.
